I have been a Counselor serving students, parents and staff for TVUSD since 2007 and worked in education for over 21 years. After graduating high school down in San Diego, moved on to achieving my Bachelor's of Science in Sociology at UC Riverside being the first one in my family to attend a 4 year college. Afterwards, worked toward receiving my Master's Degree in Education Counseling and Pupil Personnel Services credentials from Azuza Pacific University. Along with my loving wife and 3 beautiful children, we have lived in the Temecula community for over 13 years. When I am not at school, I enjoy crossfitting/ weightlifting, spending time with family and friends, as well as cheering on the best NBA basketball team (the Los Angeles Lakers).

As I enter my 16th year as a school counselor, I feel extremely fortunate to be able to call DMS my home! I have also had the opportunity to previously serve the TVUSD community as a Counselor on Special Assignment, Student Assistance Program Facilitator, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Team Counselor. Prior to joining TVUSD, I earned my Master's in Educational Counseling & Guidance from Cal State San Bernardino. But having completed my Bachelor's Degree (in Psychology) at San Diego State, I can proudly say I will always be a #aztecforlife! Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family doing a variety of activities including: traveling (especially to Lake Tahoe!), supporting our favorite teams (SDSU basketball & football, Lakers, & Padres), coaching my own kids' sports teams, as well as working out and hanging out with my extended family and friends. Looking forward to an amazing year, Defenders!
